JAX STUDIOS is an independent AI content and technology project, based in the United Kingdom. We create AI-powered broadcast content, companion software, and interactive experiences under the JAX brand.
These Terms govern your use of our website, waitlist, and any future products or services we offer.

3. Waitlist
By joining the JAX STUDIOS launch waitlist, you consent to receiving a notification email when the service launches. This is a single-purpose sign-up — we will not use your email for any other purpose without seeking fresh consent.
You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing jaxstudios26@gmail.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the JAX name, visual identity, character design, written content, code, animations, and concept artwork — is the intellectual property of JAX STUDIOS.

The JAX character, name, and associated branding are original works. Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement of copyright and/or passing off under UK law.

10% of all donations are committed to the AI-to-Human Support Network (AI2H Fund). This is a structural commitment, not a marketing claim.
